I have reset my password, what happens next?

The next time you log in, you will be asked to change your password to something only you know.

I don't know the answers to the form questions, what should I do?

You should speak to your Line Manager to confirm the correct answers. It is their responsibilty to make sure you have the information you need to use this tool.

It says "This User ID address is not valid." What does that mean?

The most common cause for this is incorrectly spelling your Baxters User ID. However, if you are sure you have entered the correct User ID, your account may need to be amended in our systems. If you believe that is the case, you must inform your Line Manager and they can contact IT Support on your behalf.
